We carry out a wide range of services to maintain poolside features and facilities in the best of condition to minimise down time and to extend the life span of the equipment involved.
When carrying out this work safety is paramount and we always carry out a full risk assessment prior to going on site. In addition we carry out an impact assessment which will highlight potential impact on the normal operation of the facility and any potential issues which may impact on the customers or staff in the facility.
SAFTEY INSPECTIONS:
Annual or bi annual inspection plans are available which will highlight any concerns likely to effect the feature, with a certificate of compliance provided on completion.
CONDITION REPORTS:
A full detailed report identifying current issues, potential issues in coming years, manufacturing or installation issues ideal for older rides and new installations.
SERVICING, REPAIRS, REFURBISHMENT:
The full range of repairs are available from minor scratches, osmosis treatment, wear issues, breakdown, to complete refurbishment.
DEEP CLEANING:
We carry out total deep cleans to water slides, flumes, access stairs pool sides, changing villages – you name it we clean it using a wide range of professional grade cleaning products, machines and access equipment.
STEEL REPAIRS AND NEW INSTALLATIONS:
We can carry out repairs and manufacture new products in steel and stainless steel including handrails safety rails, flume supports, stairs etc.
NON SLIP PRODUCTS POOLSIDE AND OUTDOOR USE:
We mould a wide range of products including stair treads, landing covers, bridge decks. We supply and fit a wide range of non slip sheet materials. We apply a wide range of specialist coatings.
PAINTING & RECOATING:
A full painting service is available including high level coating of flume supports indoors and outdoors utilising a wide range of access equipment operated by our trained staff. We use a number of products including single pack and two pack products and epoxy coating based products.
SPECIALIST SEALANTS:
A full sealing service is available for all locations including expansion joints on the pool side, shower areas etc.
WATER FEATURES / PLANT FEATURES:
Onsite application of GRP to form water features ponds, plant features.
WINDOW TINTING SERVICE:
Glare or heat reduction, obscure options, poolside, reception, changing villages, high level installation service available.
GRAPHICS& WRAPPING:
Promotional and practical signage from plain to digital options.
BESPOKE PRODUCTS IN GRP AND PLASTIC:
Custom manufacture of moulded GRP and plastic products including heavy duty wet wall, tanks, steps, spa surrounds, stair treads, disability access products including steps, and ramps. Plastic barriers and screens.
FLUME INSPECTION TRAINING:
On site training of staff for fault recognition, safety checks
DIVING SERVICES:
On site underwater inspections, and remedial repairs by trained and insured divers—available for indoors and open water works.
STEEL REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT STAIRS, NEW PRODUCTS
CPS has seen a significant increase in the number of steel repair and refurbishment contracts they have been carrying out. Many of these were to a large scale and have involved significant planning along with the client to deliver them safely, on time and to an agreed budget.
The work has varied from the replacement of stair access to structural repairs to flume landings and large scale replacement of flume supports within swimming pools.
As with all hot works a full risk assessment takes place, hot works protocol is put in place and a company representative oversees each step of the process.
Many of these jobs have involved high level working, heavy lifting with dismantling of steel structures and replacement of critical steel.
CPS have again built up an excellent reputation for delivering along with specialist partners even in the trickiest of situations.
